Description

Make vehicle damage and terrain behavior feel heavier without locking yourself into one realism level. Pick one of five presets, override any specific value, and let the resource handle deformation, terrain sink, surface penalties, health damage, torque reduction, wheel integrity, and wheel loss.

Use it gently for RP flavor or push it harder with realistic and hardcore presets that add harsher landings, direct wheel impact checks, soft-surface handling tradeoffs, airborne tilt prevention, and stronger failure consequences.

Material Depth Configuration

Config maps concrete, tarmac, stone, dirt, grass, gravel, sand, mud, marsh, snow, and ice materials to surface labels and sink depths.

Soft-Surface Handling Penalties

Terrain can reduce drive force, max flat velocity, drive inertia, traction curve values, and add traction loss while on soft surfaces.

Wheel Type Terrain Tradeoffs

Wheel type multipliers make off-road and SUV wheels resist soft terrain better, while open-wheel and street-focused setups can sink more.

Vehicle Class Terrain Multipliers

Class multipliers reduce terrain effects for motorcycles, off-road vehicles, industrial vehicles, and commercial vehicles.

Road Wheel Penalties

SUV and off-road wheels can receive handling-only penalties on hard road surfaces at higher speeds.

Speed-Based Terrain Scaling

Applies configurable multipliers to engine health, body health, petrol tank health, and weapon damage.

Torque Reduction

Reduces vehicle torque as engine damage worsens, making damaged vehicles feel weaker before they fail.

Limp Mode

Optional limp behavior limits vehicle power once damage reaches the configured threshold.

Progressive Failure Model

Engine, body, and petrol tank damage can degrade, cascade, and trigger stronger failure behavior.

Flip Prevention

Stops players from easily self-righting vehicles when the selected preset or override enables it.

Airborne Tilt Prevention

Prevents mid-air vehicle correction in realistic presets so jumps and crashes carry more consequence.

Low-Fuel Driveability Guard

Optionally prevents GTA's low-fuel handling edge case by disabling vehicles below the configured fuel threshold.

Persistence Exports

Exports let ESX, QBCore, Qbox, and ox_lib save and restore realistic vehicle damage data.
