Towing

Equip a rope or cable on foot, select a front or rear bumper, and attach the other end to a second vehicle. Front and rear ends can be combined in either direction.

Connections support chains of several vehicles. Occupied vehicles keep their own driver control, while empty loads receive steering assistance.

The basic rope uses a fixed length, with configurable distance, speed, and driven-vehicle break conditions.

Hold Page Down to reel in or Page Up to pay out from the controlling driver's seat. Cables start at the attachment distance and winch within configured limits.

An in-world meter shows the cable length, with player preferences for its size and visibility.

Supported carriers provide numbered loading slots, a loading area, and destination previews. Load, unload, or move a vehicle between slots.

The defaults include the flatbed with one slot, the trflat with two, and the tr2 with six across two decks. Model dimensions, deck clearance, floor offsets, rotations, and loading areas are configurable.

Bed access can require carrier keys, a configured job, or neither.

Each material has its own item. One is consumed after a successful attachment and returned to the player who manually detaches the connection. Broken connections are not refunded.

Commands, target interactions, usable items, and exports provide entry points, with editable client and server can-check hooks for custom restrictions.

Vehicle Terrain, Wheel Pop, and Realistic Vehicles preserve their terrain, wheel, and damage behavior on empty tow loads. Each integration is optional and detected automatically.
